the impact

Because of the invention of paper as well as the use of ink with reed pens, people wanted to figure out a way where they could write the same way they would with their pens and brushes, but have a way of mass producing their message. That's when the invented the woodblock printer in China during the 8th century AD. This then allowed the invention of paper money during the Song Dynasty, and became the currency of the growing silk road at the time. The paper money below has the Silk Road labelled on it, and was sprayed with a specific perfume that only money printers knew how to use/make.

The printing press then replaced the woodblock printer, and would spark the whole Renaissance in Europe, which would then go on to influence every revolution and change in society. With each generation creating a better newer version of it, from the first printers to cloud printing today. As for what papyrus and reed pens in Egypt created, fusion was what made everything possible. From the pictures with text on the money above, to the graphic with text on your t shirt.
